No, Swissdigicard is not permanently free. However, you can try the platform free for 14 days and use all features without restriction during that time. After the trial, our paid plans are available, offering additional links, advanced features and more design options depending on your needs.
No, you don't need any programming knowledge. Swissdigicard is user-friendly and lets you work easily without any coding. With certain plans you have the option of using CSS and JS to give your design the finishing touch.
Yes, you can. As a Swiss company we take trademark law very seriously. This means we assume that you do not infringe any trademark rights when creating a username for your bio link page. Should this nevertheless be the case and a company holding a trademark on the name notices it, we will check whether there is a claim to the username. In that case you would be contacted to adjust your username.

Our subscriptions can be paid by credit card. We work with Stripe as our payment processor and accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard and American Express (not accepted for some currencies). Payment by invoice is only available for larger institutions. In this case an additional processing fee of 40 Swiss francs per invoice applies.
Yes, you can. We offer you a non-binding 14-day trial. No credit card details are required for the trial. After the 14 days, your subscription is automatically downgraded to the basic version and the additional features are deactivated. If you decide to upgrade, they are automatically reactivated.
Yes, we offer two contract options. With monthly billing you can cancel your contract with a single click at the end of the billing period. With annual billing, cancellation during the current contract term is not possible – only at the end of the term. To cancel, log in to your account and go to the 'Subscriptions' section, where you can carry out the cancellation.
If this happens, our system will automatically deactivate your profile provisionally. Unexpected events can always occur. If you have lost or replaced your card, please update your payment details in the customer portal to avoid an interruption. If you don't receive the new card in time, contact our customer service. We always find a solution. The most important thing is that your customers experience no disadvantages.

When creating a bio link, users agree that the corresponding logo may be used for presentation and advertising purposes on our platform. If this is not desired, customers can inform us at any time.
