What makes Swissdigicard cards different from the competition?
Our cards stand for sustainability and flexibility. You can effortlessly change the linked content of every card at any time, so you always stay up to date and offer your customers exactly what they need.
Why don't I have to provide any data for the card when ordering?
Our cards are dynamic. This means that with the card you receive a simple 3-step guide as soon as it arrives by post. With it you can easily link the card to your profile. This gives you maximum flexibility if you want to change something or if a typo slipped into your order.
Do I need a subscription to use the cards?
No, your cards don't need a subscription. All you need is a Swissdigicard bio link account and a bio link URL that is linked to your card.
What are the payment options?
Our products can be paid for by credit card. We work with Stripe as our payment processor and accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard and American Express (not accepted for some currencies). Payment by invoice is only available for larger institutions. In this case an additional processing fee of 40 Swiss francs per invoice applies.
Can I order personalised cards that are not intended for reviews?
Yes, of course! We can produce the most common card types for you – whether for locking systems such as doors in buildings, hotels or companies, or simple business cards without NFC functions. We are happy to advise you to find the most suitable and economical solution for you.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Important: the order must not include personalised cards, and the card must be in as-new condition. Please be sure to contact us before returning a product so we can coordinate the process together.
