You can also easily integrate Swissdigicard Push into your Swissdigicard bio link – you will find the corresponding option in the advanced settings of your bio link.
Swissdigicard push notifications work directly and without additional steps in all modern browsers on Windows and macOS.
On Apple devices (iPhone & iPad), however, the website needs to be installed as a web app on the home screen. For most websites this takes just three taps once you have opened the page. After installation, the button or banner to subscribe to push notifications appears automatically.
This additional step is an Apple requirement – it protects users from unwanted push messages and ensures that push is only activated deliberately.
Yes, we offer two contract options. With monthly billing you can cancel your contract with a single click at the end of the billing period. With annual billing, cancellation during the current contract term is not possible – only at the end of the term. To cancel, log in to your account and go to the 'Subscriptions' section, where you can carry out the cancellation.
If this happens, our system will automatically deactivate your profile provisionally. Unexpected events can always occur. If you have lost or replaced your card, please update your payment details in the customer portal to avoid an interruption. If you don't receive the new card in time, contact our customer service. We always find a solution. The most important thing is that your customers experience no disadvantages.
The logos shown on our website come from bio link pages created via our platform. When creating a bio link, users agree that the corresponding logo may be used for presentation and advertising purposes on our platform. If this is not desired, customers can inform us at any time.
